New year, new you!
I'm pretty competitive and love making lists. I figured 2021 would be a year where I could push myself to be happier, healthier, wealthier and zen'ier (is that a word?)

10K steps a day

10 squats a day
Only water
Jump rope daily
Track spending
No social media
Write daily
